Refund policy
At ClipCam, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of electronic devices and to maintain product integrity, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
Order Cancellations
We will do our best to cancel your order if a request is made shortly after purchase. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items, including shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any return handling charges. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Any packages returned with unpaid duties, taxes, or shipping fees may be refused by our warehouse and will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only for the following reasons:
- Incorrect item received
- Verified functionality issues
- Charging or power-related issues
- Shipping or delivery-related issues
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Normal wear from use
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance
Product Integrity & Usage Policy
ClipCam devices are inspected and tested prior to shipment.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The device has been damaged due to misuse, impact, water exposure, or improper handling
- The product shows signs of excessive use beyond testing purposes
How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team at clipcamofficial@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for return.
- If approved, return instructions will be provided. The product must be shipped back in the same condition and packaging in which it was received.
Important:
The return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving approval. Returns shipped after 7 days may be subject to a restocking deduction due to handling and processing costs, except where prohibited by law.
For European Union 14-day right of withdrawal returns, no fixed restocking fee applies. Any deduction will reflect only a proven loss in value resulting from use beyond inspection, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Store Credit & Replacements
Once your return is received and inspected, you may be eligible for:
- A replacement ClipCam unit, or
- Store credit equal to the approved return value
Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.
This section does not apply to European Union 14-day right of withdrawal returns, which are refunded to the original payment method in accordance with EU consumer law.
